Hey, Epic Beat-ers it’s O, this is my first -and hopefully one of many times- writing for you. Anyway, the Epic Beat team and I would like to wish you all a happy New Year and hope you all had a pleasant holiday season. Now let’s dig into the good stuff…

If you are a resident of the fine city of Alexandria, then you must have heard that the talk of the town right now is https://jeedas.com/ . Seriously people, I’ve been waiting for a place like this to open in Alex for a long time. The perfect balance between Spanish sexy and French elegance; Jeeda’s is a lovely little Spanish restaurant that will defiantly charm you with its Latino atmosphere, attentive staff, competent chefs and breathtaking designs.

Walking inside you will notice that the outdoor area is delightful for an early morning cup of coffee or a mid-day brunch. The smooth mixes of rich green and gleaming gold just complements the exterior designs perfectly. If you look up right before going in, you will see a golden reflection of yourself, and I’ll leave it at that.

The indoors are even more captivating; the second you walk in your senses are submerged with Spanish delight; the Latin Hip-Hop cranking from the surround-sound, the barista team dancing at the bar while mixing some margaritas, and the urban Spanish look and feel of the place will make you feel that you just walked into the heart of Catalonia.

I met the chef. He’s this adorable Chilean fellow, super friendly and extremely passionate about his cuisine. And just so you know Up-beaters, his paella is to die for; it will leave your taste buds in a state of trance.

The cherry on top, however, would without a doubt be their dazzling gold-plated bar; it’s a sight for sore eyes, got to hand it to them.

All in all, it’s a lovely place to visit and it is definitely a game changer in Alexandria. I highly, highly recommend it.

That’s it for this week Epic beat-ers, you’re all caught up. Till next time and, Stay Epic!
